Peugeot 207 Cuts Out/Stalls On Low Revs. Can anyone assist a damsel in distress who has no clue about cars and not much money to keep forking out for costly repairs! I have a Peugeot 207 (2006) 16v 1.4 SE petrol with 90,000 miles on the clock. The car has been perfectly fine up until the last couple of months. It passed its MOT in October. I've also had problems recently with my Peugeot 307 1.4 LX 5dr 2001. The engine warning light and the message "Antipollution fault" has been beeping at me when driving and I get a sudden loss of power in the car. It occurs intermittently but seems to be more common and more severe the longer the car journey. Check the fuse and the relay switches and ensure that all connections are clean. Change the fuel filter and measure pump pressure. If everything checks out with the fuel pump, check and clean out the EGR valve. I'm new to the forum because I'm desperate for help. I've got a 207 16V 1.6 Sport which has so far (in it's first two years - fortunately under warranty) has had a new steering rack and a new alternator (wouldn't start in the mornings). The biggest issue which is driving me mad is that it keeps cutting out at junctions.
